Storm Reply and Audi rely on agentic AI

Storm Reply und Audi setzen mit agentenbasierter KI neue Maßstäbe für das Cloudmanagement.
Storm Reply and Audi set new standards for cloud management with agent-based AI.

Devbot optimizes cloud infrastructures, detects security risks, and delivers personalized recommendations in real-time - automated, efficient, and scalable enterprise-wide. The agentic AI sets new standards for cloud management.

Storm Reply, specialized in innovative cloud solutions, supports Audi's Cloud Foundation Services team in advancing its cloud management and introduces the digital assistant Devbot based on agentic AI. The goal is to optimize the use of cloud infrastructure, automate recurring support requests, and create an environment where Audi employees receive personalized recommendations in real-time: safe, efficient, and company-wide.

Advanced multi-agent system

Devbot is based on an advanced multi-agent system that combines a variety of specialized AI modules. Unlike traditional chatbots, Devbot is a platform that acts proactively. It independently identifies security gaps in the existing cloud infrastructure, suggests verified infrastructure-as-code (IaC) components for the rapid setup of new environments, and actively helps optimize cloud costs.

Worldwide implementation of cloud-based systems

Storm Reply specializes in the design and implementation of innovative cloud-based solutions and services. With extensive expertise in creating and managing cloud solutions for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS), Storm Reply supports major companies in Europe and around the world in implementing cloud-based systems and applications. Storm Reply is an AWS Premier Consulting Partner.

Tailored access control

For the development of this advanced system, Storm Reply's experts combined state-of-the-art technologies in the AWS Cloud. The large language model Claude ensures intuitive communication, while a specially developed retrieval-augmented-generation (RAG) process by Storm Reply ensures that all responses are always based on verifiable, up-to-date information. Tailored access control protects sensitive data and guarantees that only authorized users gain access.

Enormous potential of agent-based AI

The success of the digital assistant demonstrates the enormous potential of agent-based AI: companies can integrate it into existing processes to reduce repetitive and error-prone manual tasks. With Devbot, Audi's Cloud Foundation Services team can focus more on developing future-proof cloud strategies, while other departments benefit from faster and more tailored services.
